wTVision provided graphics services to Formula Truck and Top Race for the first time. These two South American motorsports competitions had added power through the use of wTVision High Definition On-Air Graphics.
wTVision offered the client a Full Service, providing both hardware and software. The companys programmers integrated all technology and official graphics, while the operators gathered adicional data and handled the on-air graphics playout.
For Formula Truck, a competition where drivers race on heavy and large trucks instead of small and nimble cars, wTVision made graphics available for the qualifiers, training and official races, which were provided on several formats by TV Bandeirantes, either broadcast live, recorded or accessible through their website.
Revolution Broadcast, the event producer, hired wTVision to provide a complete solution, including the official timing system (Cronomap) integration.
The solution for Top Race, an Argentinean Turismo Competion, was similar to the one used on Formula Truck. The only exception was the graphics design, which was specifically made to this competition by wTVision’s designers. The stage took place in Santa Cruz, Brazil, and broadcast on America TV.
All involved partners said the operation was a success and will maintain this partnership in the future. wTVision signed the deal to provide services for two whole seasons of Formula Truck and will be present on, at least, one more Top Race stage, held in São Paulo.
