We’re now looking for a Mid-Senior IT Technician to join our team and help us keep our infrastructure reliable, fast, and secure.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and support Linux and Windows environments (servers and workstations).

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).

• Provide IT support to internal teams and live broadcast operations.

• Ensure systems are stable, secure, and well-documented.

• Take care of user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

• Support audiovisual (AV) setups in production environments.

• Work closely with broadcast engineers to ensure live projects run smoothly.
  

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT systems or networking roles.

• Strong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).

• Solid experience with Linux and Windows administration.

• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure: storage, virtualization, backups, monitoring.

• A problem-solver mindset, capable of working under pressure when things get critical.

• Strong English (written and spoken).

• Experience in Broadcast or AV environments (SDI/IP video, AV equipment, routing), knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services, automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.), and awareness of cybersecurity best practices are considered a plus.
