Canal 10 broadcasted the results of the last Parliamentary elections thanks to wTVision interactive solutions, in a partnership with BTS Solutions.

For the last Parliamentary Elections in El Salvador, wTVision provided Augmented Reality graphics and a touchscreen solution, making it possible for Canal 10 to broadcast the latest results in an interactive innovative way.

The project, developed in collaboration with BTS Solutions, was possible thanks to our easy-to-implement setup and with the integration of official data in real-time. Journalists were able to show results as they were coming in with compelling AR graphics or control relevant information with the help of an interactive touchscreen.

These intuitive tools created an appealing environment for viewers at home and transformed raw data into rich information, such as the final polls, the results by areas of the country and the outcome of El Salvador’s Parliament.

Additionally, our broadcast design team gave a huge contribution to the project by creating the graphic package (based on the channel’s pre-existing look and feel) and implemented AR graphics to broadcasts. This was done with our very own 3D graphics rendering engine, R³ Space Engine.
