wTVision has watched all these events closely as the graphic operator of the Spanish, Portuguese and Belgian main leagues, making sure all broadcasters in these different countries and viewers across the globe got the best graphics on the right time. The decisive matches that led to the celebrations of Real Madrid, Benfica and Anderlecht for winning the respective national titles were no exception.

In Spain, wTVision manages the real-time graphics of one of best football competitions in the world: La Liga. The company’s highly-specialized staff covers all the 380 matches of the competition, generating graphics through FootballStats CG, wTVision’s software that is both a scouting system and an on-air graphics controller. All the big matches are done from the stadium, while the others are operated from studio. This service is delivered to Mediapro, owner of the broadcasting rights of La Liga.

In Portugal, wTVision delivers the official statistics of Liga NOS, the main local competition, besides managing the graphics operations for SPORT TV and BTV, the official broadcasters of the Portuguese league. A Portuguese match can demand up to five operators and analysts from wTVision, to manage the graphics in real time, collect the statistics and operate the virtual and tracking systems that allow to provide an in-depth analysis of the game. All the matches are operated on site. wTVision also manages the giant screens of Benfica’s stadium, Estádio da Luz, whenever the club plays at home. It was what happened on May 13, when the fans celebrated the Portuguese title with the players after the victory over Vitória Sport Club for 5-0.

In Belgium, all the matches of Jupiler Pro League have also their broadcast graphics operated by wTVision, that delivers the service to Proximus, Telenet and VOO. These broadcasts are especially complex because they includes two languages simultaneously (Dutch and French). Before the kickoff, at half-time and after the match, two graphic operators work separately for each language. During the match, one operator takes control of both languages, while the other collects the statistics, with the help of one spotter inside the stadium on big matches. These big matches also require a virtual system, integrated and operated by wTVision, for the offside line, free-kick distances and other graphics displayed on the field.
