Once again, wTVision provided all graphic services and data management for Tour of Catalunya in its 96th edition.

2 operators were behind the scenes during the whole competition, using its dedicated software for cycling events, CyclingStats CG integrated GPS. This GPS system, designed and developed by wTVision aggregates the data and calculates trajectories, distances between groups, distances to the finish and also maps all locations on a dynamic map available for on-air graphics, creating a whole new breed of statistics, releasing the information to broadcasters and fans.

wTVision’s service also included the design for the broadcast of the event.

This road bicycle race, held in Spain, is the fifth race of the 2016 UCI World Tour and took place from 21 to 27 March.
