What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll be the technical voice in the commercial process, designing and presenting solutions tailored to client needs in the broadcast and media industry. You’ll translate business opportunities into technically viable proposals that win trust and close deals.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the commercial team in the preparation of technical proposals and tender responses;
• Analyze clients' technical requirements and design solutions aligned with their needs;
• Produce technical documentation to support proposals (architectural diagrams, technical descriptions, timelines, etc.);
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, supporting the presentation and defense of proposed solutions;
• Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions;
• Stay up to date with technological developments in the broadcast sector and propose continuous improvements to technical offerings;
• Travel occasionally for technical meetings, presentations, or client visits.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering, or similar (preferred);
• Relevant experience in broadcast engineering, ideally with knowledge of live broadcast workflows, automation, and playout systems;
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and design technical solutions;
• Experience producing clear, well-structured technical documentation;
• Previous experience in pre-sales roles or direct technical interaction with clients is a plus;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines;
• Familiarity with technical drawing and proposal tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, Draw.io, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written;
• Availability to travel occasionally.
