Production Control Room
Meet wTVision’s brand new Production Control RoomJanuary 25, 2023

wTVision has recently completed a major renovation of its PCR (Production Control Room) setup.

This whole setup has undergone a complete overhaul, featuring state-of-the-art technology and equipment to enhance the production process and improve the overall viewing experience for audiences. In addition to the renovation of the chroma studio and the production control room, with several technological upgrades, wTVision also renovated the support facilities, such as dressing rooms, proving this to be a 360º enhancement of our setup.

In this space, we can stream a live event, broadcast the latest entertainment show, and take care of your corporate event to make it a memorable experience. This technological hub has also been the home of Eleven Sports Portugal's live broadcast for several years.

One of the major upgrades is the renovated PCR, which serves as the nerve center of the production process. This cutting-edge facility is equipped with the latest technology and software, including a new Unreal graphics engine, with tracking, for virtual and augmented reality and real-time data integration capabilities. The PCR is designed to provide a seamless workflow for the production team, allowing them to easily control and manage all aspects of the broadcast, from live graphics and statistics to video, audio recording, and streaming.

Our new PCR features advanced technology that ensures that the final product is of the highest quality and that any challenges are quickly overcome. It also includes a set of highly advanced robotic cameras that can be fully controlled and managed from the production control room.

Overall, the renovation of wTVision’s PCR setup is a major step forward for the company. The new technology and equipment will greatly enhance the production process, improve the quality of the final product, and provide an even better viewing experience for audiences. wTVision continues to be at the forefront of innovation in the broadcast graphics and production control room.
