DAZN Portugal once again entrusted wTVision to elevate its sports coverage, this time through the development of a brand-new virtual set designed specifically for the FIFA Club World Cup 25, FIFA’s premier club competition.

At the core of this virtual production is wVSet, wTVision’s Virtual Set and Augmented Reality system, designed to deliver maximum flexibility, visual realism, and seamless integration across a wide range of production environments. This solution enables the creation of visually striking and photorealistic virtual environments, tailored to meet the demands of modern and immersive television broadcasting.

wTVision’s expertise in harnessing the photorealistic power of the Unreal Engine was instrumental in developing a sophisticated, dynamic and aesthetically coherent set, designed to enrich DAZN’s storytelling and engage audiences throughout the tournament.

The new virtual set recreates a modern editorial space, featuring custom digital panels, real-time projections, a visual identity tailored to the competition, and a scenographic design inspired by the FIFA universe — incorporating key elements such as the official trophy and the crests of participating clubs. wTVision once again demonstrated its ability to adapt virtual design and architecture to the unique characteristics of the competition, ensuring visual consistency and a compelling on-air narrative.

In addition, a bespoke graphics package was developed specifically for this coverage, reinforcing DAZN’s visual identity and ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent communication throughout the broadcast.

All shows related to the competition are produced in wTVision’s in-house studio, a cutting-edge production space fully equipped to meet the technical and creative demands of large-scale projects.
