Updates: Render EngineNovember 30, 2021

wTVision’s very own 3D rendering engine can now support HDR and UHD and feed custom formats. We’ve also developed a plugin to control Unreal Engine as a standalone solution.

wTVision’s 3D rendering engine, R³ Space Engine, took another major step and is now able to broadcast in HDR and UHD. This is particularly relevant when it comes to innovative immersive graphics and to keep up with audiences' demands for better and more realistic on-air graphics.

Additionally, R³ Space Engine can now feed custom formats such as video walls, giant screens, or social media. The use of this new feature allowed wTVision to think outside the box and provide graphic packages with innovative set and broadcasting solutions.

Another major update comes from our recent integration with Unreal Engine. Our control systems can now integrate with this rendering engine with a couple of simple steps and with no need to include another engine in the workflow. The standalone plugin solution has already been used to generate photorealistic augmented reality graphics and virtual sets, with perfect depth and perspective.
