Integration brings HighField AI capabilities into wTVision’s News & Media graphics workflow, reducing manual processes and creating new opportunities for AI-enhanced on-air graphics production

Amsterdam, September 2026 – wTVision and HighField AI today announced a new integration bringing HighField AI’s intelligent production workflows into wTVision's News & Media graphics workflow. The companies will showcase the integration at wTVision’s booth at IBC 2026, located in 7.C14, demonstrating how editorial activity in the NRCS can update the graphics rundown in Studio CG through the MOS protocol, with R³ Engine rendering graphics in real time.

Graphics are fundamental to how broadcasters tell stories, explain information and bring data to life. Yet producing them remains a highly manual process — requiring production teams to interpret editorial needs, find relevant content and data, select the right templates, populate them and prepare graphics for air, often under significant time pressure.

wTVision and HighField are addressing this challenge by connecting AI-driven editorial intelligence directly with wTVision's News & Media graphics workflow.

HighField’s deterministic AI understands editorial intent, identifies relevant content, assets and templates, and prepares the information required by wTVision's graphics workflow to generate production-ready graphics. Within the integration being prepared for IBC, editorial activity in the NRCS is used to update the graphics rundown in Studio CG through MOS protocol. Studio CG manages the workflow and controls the playout, with R³ Engine providing the real-time rendering. This reduces the manual steps between a story and the finished graphic, enabling news teams to respond faster and focus more of their time on storytelling.

From Content and Editorial Intent to On-Air News Graphics

In news production, HighField understands editorial content and production intent and automates key steps required to turn a story into graphics — identifying relevant information and assets, selecting the appropriate templates. The integration then prepares the information required so that the graphics rundown in Studio CG can be updated through the MOS protocol according to editorial activity in the NRCS. Studio CG manages the graphics workflow and controls the playout, with R³ Engine providing the real-time rendering.

The objective is to reduce the complexity and time required to create high-quality graphics, enabling production teams to tell more stories visually without increasing production resources.
