Reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its commercial presence and strengthening strategic partnerships across one of the most dynamic regions in the global media technology industry, wTVision has appointed Michele Dwayk as Head of Sales & Business Development for the MENA Region.

With more than 20 years of experience in the broadcast and media technology industry across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, Dwayk brings to wTVision a solid understanding of the sector and of the region’s market dynamics, built through a career focused on commercial development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in technology projects for both national entities and international brands, working closely with broadcasters, media organizations, and other industry stakeholders across multiple markets. In her new role, she will be key in advancing wTVision’s commercial strategy in MENA by developing new business opportunities, strengthening the company’s channel partner ecosystem, reinforcing strategic relationships, and supporting growth across a strategically important territory.

“Michele brings a strong understanding of the region and of the industry itself, which is essential for building meaningful business relationships and supporting sustainable growth. Her experience across the MENA market will strengthen our commercial approach in the region and help us stay close to the opportunities and expectations of this fast-evolving landscape,” said Paulo Ferreira, CCO at wTVision.

This move supports wTVision’s broader international strategy of combining global vision with regional expertise, while continuing to strengthen its proximity to customers, partners, and market opportunities across key territories.

“Joining wTVision means becoming part of a company with strong solutions and services capabilities, a clear international vision, and a culture built on people and collaboration. What I find particularly valuable is the ability to work as one global team while remaining closely connected to the needs of customers and partners in each market. I look forward to contributing to wTVision’s continued growth in the MENA region and to helping expand the company’s presence through strong relationships and new business opportunities,” said Michele Dwayk.

By bringing Michele Dwayk into its commercial structure, wTVision reinforces its commitment to building deeper regional connections in MENA and to supporting growth through closer collaboration with customers, partners, and the broader market.
