The new version of wTVision’s cloud solution to manage social media content is out and provides an even better integration with any broadcast workflow. Go Social has now a new interface for a more intuitive user experience and a new group/company concept, making it easier to access an account with different profiles within a group.

Besides the fresh interface, Go Social upgraded its polls, that can show the evolution of people’s opinions throughout time and space (with heat maps), and its capacity to display the most popular messages within a given query. For more advanced users, there is also the possibility to predict the posts that the are more likely to be approved and rejected, thanks to the application’s artificial intelligence. This option, that becomes more effective with use, looks for patterns in the messages previously approved and rejected by the user to determine how the new posts should be classified.

“It has been a great evolution”, states Nuno Tomás, Go Social Product Manager, “the user experience is now dramatically improved and we will keep on working to push it one step further. It is a stand-alone solution and can be useful for many different companies, but obviously, the easy integration with any broadcast workflow and our products in specific is one of its main advantages”.

Go Social integrates with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, allowing broadcasters to smoothly display and curate social media content on their shows. This intuitive cloud solution allows to plan broadcasts by creating multiple playlists, cleaning unwanted referrals and hashtags automatically, creating polls and easily editing text and hiding pictures.

One of the main advantages of this system is the ability to trigger graphics from wTVision’s software or third-party systems. It also provides the possibility for multiple users to moderate social media content from any browser.
