The company’s core business

We started as, and still are, a software-house working for the broadcast industry. In the beginning we had a strong focus in on-air graphics and sports. Our portfolio of products expanded to better serve the market, and we developed software for entertainment shows and electoral nights, both also oriented in a graphical perspective. Then, we added playout automation solutions, mainly through our product “ChannelMaker”, and another graphics solution for newscasts and information shows.

Advantages and Benefits

We have three general advantages: experience, a flexible approach to integrated solutions and an agile development. The expertise obtained while working with hundreds of TV channels and production companies, as technology integrators, allows us to understand and adapt to all kinds of projects and infrastructures. Whether a client has old hardware or is using state-of-the-art technology, we can still deploy our solutions and improve his/her business and workflow. Our software was developed to be adaptable and easily customizable, making our solutions competitive and effective.

Recent success case

We had the European Elections recently, which involved more than 40 members of our staff in 6 projects spread through 4 countries. Our solutions ranged from very simple, single output full-screen graphics to extremely sophisticated multi-screen setups, with augmented reality graphics, anchorperson full control via tablet interface, third party system integration like a crane-on-a-dolly, multi-layered outputs. As electoral data came in, our systems were managing in some cases up to three different elections for a single client in countries that had simultaneous suffrages on that day. It was one of the most demanding challenges we faced as a company, but we worked hard and were successful in the end.

The next step

We have plans for increasing our presence in Latin America in the near future. We are always receptive to expand to new territories based on customer demand and will react accordingly to market needs.

Trends & Highlights

The video workflow in our studio solution. Studio CG allows a single operator to control the playout of a Program Control Room's Graphics engines while, at the same time, controlling the Switcher and Video Server. This allows for an extremely streamlined and efficient operation with much lower costs than in a traditional PCR. This is defining a new way to work in the dynamic and information intensive PCR's of the future.
