Pyramedia chose wTVision, once again, to take care of the real-time broadcast graphics of the TV Show Prince of Poets, an arabic poetry contest.

wTVision developed a custom solution, using its flexible platform Studio CG, to cover this Entertainment TV Show, having  integrated a lot of different technologies, such as Voting Systems, Virtual Graphics, Led Walls and an iPad.

Studio CG, integrated all these technologies, received and managed the data, in real-time and served as the graphics playout system during the 10 programs of this TV Show.

Full Screen graphics were used to present the results of the votes (audience, judges and viewers), to display viewers’ comments from Twitter, judges commentaries and to present Twitter, Facebook and Website addresses.

The votes, to choose the best poets, came from several inputs such as the audience present in the studio, who used a key pad from Reply System, from the judges and from the viewers that used the website to vote. Studio CG managed these votes, in real-time. 40 different backgrounds were prepared to be shown in the two giant video walls that complemented the studio scenario.

These Video walls also displayed the graphics with the votes’ results. The graphics operator controlled both full screen graphics and the led walls from the same interface.

Presenter used the iPad to identify the poets in contest, with this technology he reads and post on-air Twitter messages.

wTVision’s global service included the software customization and the live operation during all the Shows. This contest is broadcast live on channel Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates.
